There is no good alternative to experience! Those with years of experience know what works and what does NOT work and probably, most importantly, they know WHY. Time has thinned the ranks to add value to those with direct experience. There is only danger and hazard with "fresh blood" willing to try new things before knowing the risks. Fresh blood willing to listen to experience and knowledge are helpful when greater volume is needed, but those who won't follow the example of old hands with experience will likely get eliminated.
Both. fresg blood having experiences of old hands is worth working.
Thanks
In my opinion, Both
Old hands with experience for managerial positions, fresh blood for executive position Old hands with experience for managerial positions, fresh blood for executive position
Experience in the relevant/diverse field gives a person broad view of the exact requirements of the function. At the same time it is also paramount importance, in today's IT Era, that one needs to be aware of latest developments (how IT is helpful) in the chosen domain and try to gain exposure on the same to give an edge to the experience gained.
Some jobs need expertise and Some jobs require new staff This depends on the type of function to be filled For example, the position of financial manager must be a financial manager with experience and knowledge Either the accountant or data entry would prefer to have brushes so that I have an ambitious for learning
Welcome needs and requirements in addition to a comprehensive analysis of the environment of the decision and its various components determine this
I think Fresh Blood would have got a wider mind that is not restricted to ideas set previously. A fresh blood has more ability to innovate, brainstorm, develop diverse methods, and is more flexible and can adabt with any environment. Whereas old hands are restricted to the given tasks and they tend to stick with what have been learned even with changing environment, simply, they refuse to change.
So in my own thought , if i was to choose between two i would select the fresh blood one.
