The Strategies of Managing Human Resources are to place right persons to right position. Every Person has different skills, performance, ability etc. We have to take care their situation to use effectively.

If new candidate makes a mistake in initial stage, no need to be angry. We should accept "Trial & Error" and let them take learning & good examples from those errors. Finally they know how to do.
