Is entrepreneurship an Idea or a skill, can you have entrepreneurship skills as an employee or is it that entrepreneurship is when we implement ideas?

I totally believed  I had  entrepreneurship skills while  I was working  in a  company . Very recently I was jolted  when during a conversation with  an acquaintance I realized  claiming  entrepreneurship skills  means nothing  if I am still in a Job. I should be  out  on field implementing  my ideas before I can  even claim that I have  entrepreneurship skills. Your thoughts.
