How can i get access to the humanitarian agencies that can provide me an opportunity to join them globally in assisting the orphans?

I’m offering my services to travel to Arusha (Tanzania) to assist the orphans there who are in desperate need for humanitarian workers. Since this is the first time that I wanted to undertake such mission, my idea of volunteering with the International Volunteering Organization wasn’t successful, because unfortunately, I can’t afford the costs of travel and the ground expenses. I’m unemployed for the last5 years and I don’t have any income. I can certainly be of a great potential for this mission, because I happened to Tanzania recently and I know their culture as well as I can fluently speak Swahili, which is an important asset for an easy communication and integration with the local communities.
