Some words are overused in CVs. Some Clients dislike the use of typical buzzwords like hardworking, dynamic, result-oriented etc saying that this is something which can be acceptable once the job is started.
So one must be careful and thoughtful to use such jargons. Make sure you well understand the job specification and use the words to match it. Some synonyms may be used instead which suit job spec and express your thoughts.
If you use such words, prove that word or statement by backing up some data or brief examples.
Keep in mind that by and large% recruiters spend average2 minutes on a CV and% spend just seconds on a CV. More jargons/cliches in a CV without substantial backup will discredit your CV.
