Yes. Like I guess that is something we should do now to stay employed as experience has become a mandatory factor for each and every "big companies"

For now, I have planned to do so as there is so much scarcity for job otherwise

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to answer your question.

My answer is yes, if you just started your career we should make such sacrifices,  because gaining the right and the best experience will affect your future career path and will in the end give you more  and better chances to find your dream job.

As a professional you don't , because if you do that you don't trust yourself,  you support to get experience from attachment, and other training colleges

Dear Lamya,

Responding to your question ,I should say ,I did it .Because for acquiring new experience as well as skill we should pay cost, therefore ,in this way with sacrificing a part of salary ,we pay related cost in fact that is right and it's really an investment for future. Therefore , don't worry about that and do it.Do not hesistate to ask me more .

Good luck my friend

Your faithfully

Skills in demand yesterday are getting replaced by new skill-sets. Disruptions like AI, analytics etc. are changing the way businesses are functioning. These are probably life changing developments.

To have the right skills, if one has to sacrifice salary, or even take a break and go back to studies, I think, it is a wise move.

Unfortunately, this requires courage. I am trying to muster the same.
