When you have high workload - example projects, reports, updates, staff to manage, meetings to attend, bosses to report to, and you still manage to put on a smile, answer ridiculous questions, stay healthy and submit datelines on time - you are working well under pressure. You don't burn out, you don't break down. Excellent time management, personal organizational skills, management skills which include but not limited to: delegation of duties, assisting the team, after-care of staff after a huge project, help ease the pressure into exciting, challenging and busy work-life.
