How do you deal with children who have anger management issues?

the children need easy and quite dealing with some smiles , but at random riske they need some rigidity to stop a dangerous games.

when a child is in anger, just allow them to do what they want, do not interfere or stop them even its harmful for them but just always try to protect them from any harm by diverting their attention to some other work. if you stop or scold them when they are angry, they may become more voilant and may cause more harm for themself and even for others. once they become cool try to explain them what they had done and what they have achieved with that act in the form of telling some stories. because childrens understand stories very well.
