So, self-training and daily practice on how to manage your time and get benefits of this time, will acquire a profitable skill in managing and raising the level of your other skills like: accuracy, team work, communication, entering data and typing, .....

i believe time management is more important than skills because skill will develop it self by time but time management is the best skill you have to develop to progress :D

Skill is good but timely application of same is also important. No use of some one who will get solution in24 hrs, if with set of skills another comes with solution in next1 hrs. Balance23 can use as upgrade or value creation. Success is correlated with both so no one can afford to loss any  of the attribute.
