Eventhough customer satisfaction is very important thing I myself cannot gohead and serve the customer beyond the rules but I will check with my higher authorities if I can do anything which can satisfy the customer without causing any damage to the company.

in my 2 yrs experienced of being a customer service, we need to provide all satisfactions of the custmer because if we dont have a customer the company will down. the best thing is provide all the satisfaction to the customers.
