Customer service rep- To assist customer concerns and problems when they call or come into your location.

If your company has both inside and outside sales then the sales rep/ sales consultants will deal with large volume customers that require more attention and facetime, the customers would also have direct contact to them and could deal with problems without having to worry about the customer service rep. The tele sales would deal with lower volume customers that require less face to face. Call center could have both sales and customer service.
