        The Contracts Manager role is exclusive to CLM (Contracts Lifecycle Management) from emplementation upto the termination, with all relevant interfaces and especially with procurement department and usually he is hired by companies to achieve a particular project.

Whereas the Contracts Adminstration Manager role is extended to cover upstream and downstream of contracts and he usually has a team of contracts adminstrators who are dealing with a volume of contracts including all relevant interfaces with all parties and especially with projects controls managers . Contracts Adminstration Manager is a trait or a brand name of big companies who have a volume number of ongoing contracts and trying to maintain a prestigous reputation.
