my question looks like joking but it issues something real and important to be clarified.
Convincing management ( Board & owners of the business) on the grounds that achieving irrational targets will not add strength to the growth of the organization. Irrational targets cant be achieved through rational or ethical working, therefore organization will be taken to a direction to achieve its corporate goals and the direction will not yield productive results.
HR guys cant understand " Humanity role" in an organization as they dance to the tunes of TOP MANAGEMENT.
