Regardless of the type of document and its size, it is important to keep the data in these documents secure. But what if you need to send these documents? In this situation, from here you can learn about a really cool document encryption service. I use it to send documents to my family, friends and colleagues and I have never had any problems with this software

Document Version:

  • Represents a major stage or milestone in the document's lifecycle.
  • May involve significant changes, updates, or restructures compared to previous versions.
  • Often indicated by a major numbering system (e.g., Version 1.0, Version 2.0).
  • Represents a distinct iteration of the entire document.

Document Revision:

  • Represents a specific, controlled change within a particular version.
  • May involve smaller edits, corrections, or clarifications.
  • Often indicated by a minor numbering system within a version (e.g., Version 1.1, Version 1.2).
  • Tracks individual modifications made to a specific version of the document.
