How can I become a team player while I like working individually?

You have to know that working with a team is a very important thing.  You cannot fight the world alone and you have to understand that other team members do believe in the ideas you are working on and at the end its a success to everybody.

I think you need to think about positive aspects of team work. It is fun and it will have synergy effect. The task will be completed faster. I think in the future team player skills will be very important, because robots can not be a good team player, they will be able to do only individual work.
