Depends on many things but mainly on the availability of resources and a clear and defined scope of works.

Depends on a lot of things, but for  a medium sized building (footprint600 to8000 meters): foundation ( no parking layers)2 months, try to design a construction type for1 floor per week, so that sets a goal for the team every week.
