In fact a lot of companies put limit to the age of the candidate for the position of principle that the older more experienced but there is a young age has experience must be respected

While companies have age bars,it is sometimes unfair to both parties. To the company they may say the candidate is old so cannot perform while they are losing a highly skilled cadre who could have seen them somewhere up.To people seeking employment it becomes frustrating if age is made to be the determining factor at the expense of job performance.ln my opinion anyone below70 as long as he performs, the company one works for needs results and if an employee does that, fair and fine with me.

Well I must say yes,for some site jobs age plays a define role since you will need freshness, motivation and enough energy to fallow the orders, specially in middle east weather and work condition, plus being younger may help to bear the stresses.

In some managerical jobs a suitable age is important to bring the karisma and acceptance to the manager,i dont mean tha age may make you more professional because I basically think the quality of experiences is much mor eimportant than the year we may spend of a profession.

Grey-haired are considered to be the experience ones, but qualification (theory) also matters. Young blood have more potential of learning fast and aggressively while aged ones are better for consultancy.

i think only white hairs can not show a personality compatibility, ability or speciality it depends upon the Allah,s special gifted and the time properly used by that person with enviroment provided to him

hai Good question. If the compnay requires enough experience in a particular job, there is no matter for age bar.
