A Psychologist can describe well, how ever as an experience professional I can suggest patience and positive approach intelligently.
Psyhologist does not provide advice. Psychologist provide assessment and therapy based on the theories chosen to used based on the diagnosis, level of the severity, and personality of yhe client.
Small question for a huge answer...
You should have some methodes.. or teqniues to deal with both feeling and difficulties.. although as a psychologist.. I think that the difficulits we deal .. or we have to deal with.. are controlled by our feelings.. and so I will advice how to deal with the feelings..
Each person has his/her own way to deal with the feeling... for example.. when I am angre I smoke.. other people tend to walk.. maybe use loud voice..
For me it is healthy to deal with the feelings using such ways.. although.. most people do not like such teqniues..
But we need these (in psychology we call it Coping Stratigies)..
And then the next step I recommand is to find a better way to deal with these feelings.. maybe write about it as a diary or talk to a friend.. or just ask for help.
Hope it was usefull, Regards.
