For sure i would speak up. It is always good to let someone know that they are doing is wrong. They will not like it momentarly but later will thank you for it.
I talk to him in silence to let us know together why this mistake was made because this is a big mistake that needs to be addressed
Sure we should talk to him in that situation , be silent in that situation is a negative attitude !

Yes definitely we have to speak up and tell about the same to the right person in organization (i.e. who is responsible for handeling these activities).
This is every important becasue that person not only cheating organization but also to the other persons working in that organization.. as well as disturbing the working culture of the company.
speak up definetly. i belive that , bad performed can be enhanced by giving him/her training , but cheating , i think it is a behaviour & bad manner which can not ever be fixed.
DEFINITELY I LIKE TO SPEAK UP AND TELL THEM GENTLY TO KEEP FOCUS ON YOUR WORK AND FINISHED IT ON TIME. SO THAT THEY HAVE TIME FOR OTHER ACTIVITES.
For sure will speak up! Silent will reflect negatively on all aspects. It will support keeping bad, unethical attitude and behavior. By speaking, claiming; we are protecting our organization and push out all bad behaviors and people.
For the benefit of all including my colleague who cheats , I will speak to him and raise my remarks to our manager to take an urgent suitable decision for a general reform.
I think this job is hard but necessary.
