Thanks for the Invitation.
The best way is to treat the criticism as a constructive feedback. Listen calmly and try to understand his/her point of view. Thank him/her and assure him that you will perform better in future. Avoid taking it personally.
Crticism is usually negative either way , However it does not need to taken in neagtively, It is always good to know anothers point of view of things, sometimes we are so caught up up in what we think is right we forget that there is a bigger picture and the world does not rvolve around us... so fo rthat any ciriticism should not be taken in negatively or listend to with the idea of neagitivity... If youre so right and your sos ure about it then the critic will know eventually... might never correct himself in fornt of you.. but eventually imply indirectly...
First, thank you
Second, if you are criticized, it means that there is someone who follows your work and found something that is not right, you should know it and correct it to succeed your project
Find out what went wrong, if at all there was anything wrong. In case you have completed the job correctly and as instructed, initiate an objective discussion with Manager to resolve. There is no way you can hide from the reality.
Take good things and leave bad ones out. Dont over react stay calm and give respect and value to what your manager says even if its negative. Your respect would make him/her realize that he/she is wrong.
your positivity can change the direction and course of organization.
Its a good sign that someone is criticising your work and it means that the manager is concerned about the project and monitoring it closely
Anyway the criticism should always be constructive leading to better shaping of the project
Personally, when I receive criticism, I simply dismiss it if the criticism continues from the managers in the way they work or simply leave decisions.
If the criticism is arbitrary I submit my resignation.
