standards, you must put standards for the performance and in the end of the month or in the end of the year you must compare the employee`s performance with the standards

My personal opinion on employee performance reviews is one shared amongst many as far as understanding the nature of the employees performance but just as important, their environment. Interactions with people can be similar to any chemical reaction we know as humans. Training of course is considered, work ethic along with training..however how is the employee interracting with customers, peers..how does the employee feel personally about their position in this company? All things must be considered with performance because many things affect it.
