If you think you're in a dead-end job or a tottering company, look around for something else ( but don't quit your present job until you find a new one ) . On the other hand, if the job and employer are okay but you just can't seem to get ahead, give some thought to possible reasons.
I will do my best to do my works
This is a tough one, please note that this needs to be dealt with utmost patience, conflicts and dis agreements originate when egos clash therefore you need to either isolate the reason for the disagreement or with a one on one with the manager and address the elephant in the room, other tricks you can apply is ask the manager for a simple favour as studies have shown that if you ask your rivals to do you a favour then they end up forgetting the conflict.
I will have one on one meeting with him and ask him about the issues that creats problem between us and what are is his expectation from me as well. Also I will keep my point of view about him and my expectation from him and ask him to prepare a task sheet for me in daily operation work a part from daily routine work and then he can keep check on it on daily bases and then i also will have my focuse on whats exactly the manager requires.
We all have one difficult colleague, manager we dont get along with in an organization but with wisdom we can play along by confronting the issue the right way. No room for insults but carry out all duty before they are calleed for and can still report were neccessary if you feel needed.
If there is a technical problem with him I try to solve it, but if it is a personal problem I finish work with him
