When You pull on using bad habits You need to tell yourself: Hell, to the end of my work only a couple of hours. Coming home and having a blast.

Spare your 30 minutes for yourself daily if you really are committed, 1) get a suitable diet plan from an expert and follow it strictly, 2) at least thirty minutes meditation It's not just a habit, your going to change your lifestyle!! All the best :)
