Transformational leadership is affected by values, moral ethics and possess long term planning, is proactive in nature and focus on mission and strategies.

Transactional leader is classic type of leadership, like punishment, reward type of way of motivation using money as influence, more of supervisor type that check on progress each step to make sure it goes well,

 

transformation leaders is pretty much a supportive leader that motivate by speaches and morality, being an insperation for others as well as reward the team with being part of success and let them share responsobilities,
