I personally beleive and practice working in a way that i can make use of the diversity of my team members and inclusion.

i believe every person has a special ability and perspective.  every member can make a contribution towards the final goal to be achieved.  Diversity can be turned into a strength.

more brains better than just one.  what i cannot see, someone in my team might see it.

It also gives the team members a sense of contributions, engagement, belongingness and inclusion. this helps in the long run when it comes to retention too and employee engagement and motivation.

all this i say from personal experience and the culture i promote in my environment

Teams are pools of skills and expertise which you can use during your work. There are motivation booms in teams whch helps job completion. Individuals working solely could end up in failure due to lack of confidence and inavailability of expertise. Teams tackle such issues by peovding diversified expertise and skills under a single roof.

Working in a team is very productive and saves a lot of time lost in the tasks and increase production, provided that the team is understanding and cooperative and after the distribution of tasks to each individual in the team.

However, if there is an individual in the team who does not perform his or her tasks or the tasks are not distributed, then working in a team represents great pressure on the organization and causes great problems
