الحكم القضائي الانتهائي هو حكم صادر من محكمة اول درجة وغير قابل للطعن عليه بطريق الاستئناف لقلة النصاب القيمي  

الحكم القضائى النهائى هو حكم حائز من حيث المبدأ لقوة الأمر المقضي به
