If he reach till Cost Control Position until he had3/4 years experience on site if he is Quick Learner.

Construction Work Strategy , Planning , Budget , Work Sageregate to sub Cont. , Scope of work with Own man power , Procurement , Documentation with Client / Consultant / Building Management System/ Sub Contracts , etc.
