One of the Obsticals that I faced was creating new content and producing something interesting all the time. The Constant Need for Fresh Content is Overwhelming to many social media specialists.
Solution:
1.Reduce, reuse, and recycle! Look at your old content and consider what subject matter did well. What did your audience really connect with? Where did you get the most engagement? It’s not cheating to reuse something that was good the first time around. Just don’t make it a daily habit! Look at any magazine, the headlines month after month are similar, yet people still buy. Why? Because the topics are still of interest and the way they’re phrased is appealing. Sometimes a re-write and refreshed way of looking at a topic you’ve already covered is just what your audience needs.
2. Read Read Read!
Keep up to date with current thoughts and ideas relevant to your industry and audience. Know what your competitors are saying, too.
3. Listen to your customers. See what customers are asking and what they want, then give it to them.
The biggest challenge for me is to accurately identify the target audience
And how to deliver the marketing message effectively
I overcome it by studying the market and gather information about the target audience and its needs
There are some other challenges, but there is the challenge of shocking for me and my team
