For me, the committment is more important than an opportunity.

If I commit  to the company before joining that, I will not leave the company till my project is completed. Than I will stick on my committment, even though if I get the better opportunity.

If the present company unable to fulfill my requirements as per agreed terms and conditions OR they are not paying the salary on time, than I have to think and leave the company by giving the notice period of 30 days or whatever mention in my agreement.
