Building up a team gives exposures and opportunities for learning and being a team player.
Team built up to ones expectation is easily manageable and more productive.
Team building is always an ongoing process to adapt to changes and face new challenges.
TEAM BUILDING AND MANAGING ARE INTERLINKED.
Team builder is generally an acceptable LEADER.
Thus depends on what type of team one wishes to manage and for how long!
