Meditation has been proven to have value for human beings.

2) Makes you more self-aware, alert and in touch with your thoughts and feelings
3) Committment towards it will lead you to have a stress free life so you can work towards your goals with a postive approach
I am of the view that meitation has no real value and is a total waste of time since it is spent doing nothing. I would prefer to read, write, or engage in a fruitful converastion/duscussion as a means of relaxing my mind. Time lost is lost forever. We have to make best use of every single second that is in our hands.
