customer relation is a very important tool that allows you to measure the satisfaction your product or service is getting by the customers and it allows you to keep on touch with the client to solve the problems if any as soon as possoble when it happen so that you may avoid the negativity which can be born by an angry client toward your product or service . 

unsatisfied client is a really dangerous thing specially if your bussiness is smallor you are trying to build your name between the big ppl.

customer relation is also allows you to put your hands on the problems and the failur and try to fix it as soon as possible . before it become something big and a stain on your name .

be sure that a happy customer and satisfied is a great propaganda tool for you and your name .

ERPs and CRMs serve entirely different functionalities. Despite that they may be linked together in some situations. An ERP is most beneficial for large organizations with several operation offices around the world, and with diversified business types. The ERP helps organize and streamline the processes in all stages of the business operations from production planning to supply chain management to credit control.

 

The CRM, however, can be used by both small and large businesses because it helps keep a close monitoring and maintenance of the relations with the customers and customer leads. Keeping track of all the details of the customers and whatever interactions with them, is one of the most important assets for any business.

Actually ERP and CRM both are different thing. ERP is a used in context of sofware. And CRM is a process of building relationship with customers and other companies to promote and make your business more stronger in the market. For samll business both are important.

I think so ERP system is so important for medium and larg business, but not important for small business.
