Try to find out the task of data entry which is being carried out - how is it linked to one of the above parameters and design an evaluation criterion which captures numbers of entry made and its contributions, accuracy of the data entered, the time consumed etc.

You can evaluate based on the accuracy of the data entries, as well as timely submittion of data and the ability to pay attention to detail, that correct entries are posted in the right place. Also the amount of work the staff is able to handle. For example, are there targets? If targets have been set then review that vs what the employee is able to accomplish each day or at the end of each month.

evaluation of Data entry work is difficult but not impossible. To evaluate the following parametr to look at

1) Time management- Punctuality at work , in and out time abd proper utilisation of 8hrs work shift.

2) Productive output- here relate to proper entry of the work and zero mistake while entering data.

3) Speed limit- wpm entry as per the data feed

4)Behavioural aspect - relates to connection with peers and boss while at work.

These are some of the parameters to look at for Data entry employee evaluation.
