Follow the confined space protocols

Steps:
1. Ensure space has been properly ventilated and continued during the whole period of job.
2. Test atmosphere in the space to ensure oxygen level is at 21% and absence of flamable and toxic gases.
3. Apply PTW system requirements for enclosed space entry
4. Prepare and test breathing apparatus and other safety equipment equipment to be used or put on standby at entrance of the space.
5. Check to ensure that adequate lighting is provided in the space.

4) before entering in the confined space notedown the reading of the CO and O2 gas level and also notedown the time.
5) change the working person continusly in the intervel of 20 to 30 mins.
1-ensure there is no need or way for anyone to enter a confined space, either on purpose or by accident.
2-Before someone enters a confined space, you must give them an entry permit (written by a competent person) that includes:
3-display signs near the confined space entries, banning entry to anyone not listed on the entry permit. Also, install locks and fixed barriers.
4-A stand-by person must continuously monitor the conditions inside a confined space from outside the space, and where they can, observe the work being carried out.
5- Training-Your workers and their supervisors must understand the risks of a confined space, the controls that are in place, what they need to do and what a permit allows.
6- Keep a copy of your risk assessment for at least 28 days after the work in the space has finished, and keep a copy of the permit at least until the work is completed. If there is an incident in the space, keep the records for at least two years.
Keep a record of worker training for two years.
These records must be made available to us and any worker upon request.
