Well... if that happen for my personal life so I have to take a decision, but if that happen in an organization with clear structure so I would appologize and refer it to person who responsible for such cases.

I will accept the challenge & prove my capability with much integrity

If my skills and experience will match to this position and improve and increase my career path. I will accepted.

i donot think i can take it because i didnot work for it

first i will check the level the position which you are offered me , then i will decide . wheather i can take or not 

Primarily I needs to check and benchmark the assigned responsibility with my existing skills and expertise. If its matches up to a certain level of my expertise then definitely I will go for it. Because nothing can be mastered without doing or practicing it. All the skills can be mastered through practices and smart (hard) work.

take the offer and have confidence in my skills, and most important learn from my entourage.

I would decide to take up the position,having being chosen there are some qualities that i have that the hiring person may have spotted.

Thereafter,work towards learning the job to the best of my ability.
