Hoot-Suite is perfect we can integrate our Face book, LinkedIn, Foursquare, MySpace and Google+ Campaigns with Hoot-Suite and manage them all via a single dashboard. Can schedule the tweets also.

I'd like to support Rajesh and go on and say that HootSuite is a brilliant dashboard to manage the most popular social media integrations to your campaign. It gives the flexibility of managing your accounts well, whilst scheduling posts and tweets. This is by far the biggest plus it offers, along with the ability to track brand mentions and keep a tab on social media traffic to analyze it, thus enabling a better social media strategy.

Others which rival Hootsuite are Buffer (an excellent scheduling helper, perhaps better than HootSuite in scheduling features), SocialOomph (provides a lot of technical data, especially on Twitter; not as intuitive as HootSuite though) and SproutSocial amongst the popular ones. If only for Twitter, Tweetdeck is absolutely unrivalled. The new interface and regular developments, along with Chrome integration, and also that for Macs and Desktops, make it amongst the best web and desktop solutions to manage multiple accounts on Twitter. They were purchased by Twitter, so we can expect more functional features to boost campaigns.

I would have to go with either twitter or facebook, twitter because its a more active community than facebook.
