Although I am not much active on to Arab world's Stock Exchanges, but I have observed that Dubai Financial Market & KSA Market are the two markets which are much active because of availability of liquidity.

Arab Marketing is the most active markets due to the available liquidity however the market stability is not guaranteed.

 

You may take a look on the UAE market and the Egyptian market.

 

You can generate acceptable margins on the short run in both markets
