The feeling changes with age and experience that one gains is what i belive.
To have first hand experience at each part of supply chain management by the time we reach 40/45 years is most rewarding in a sense as it can keep the passion live with new ideas storming the mind with varied exposure - with a possibility of the person becoming able resource for the organisation. So bottom line is that we need to have rotational positionining of managers in each wing of supply chain to make it truely rewarding not only for self but the organisation as well .
Planning is the most rewarding part of supply chain.
For me the most rewarding part of working in supply chain is the Repeat Order of the customer, client and the market. Because i believe if there is a repeat order, there is a posibility to build the big market that can produce an Incremental Sales..
The main objective of supply chain management is to meet customer requirements through optimal use of resources
