In your projects do you you consider Time priority over Quality?

It depends on the requirements !

In some projects, TIMING is the most important consideration, even if this means additional resources and extra costs (cost of expediring the project execution).   In other cases, TIMING consideration overrides the quality consideration (!!!) and yest this happens in real life when the most important consideration is to deliver the product/service/improvement .. or what so ever by a deadline by hook or by crook !So, it is difficult to generalize or judge such situations without knowing the specifics and the rationale behind such thinking !!
