Try the below site, “elegantthemes“ and go to gitHub for special coding questions it’s always helpful, it all also depends what is your aim, teaching, going with a product live ASAP, exploring? For example what I have done I usually go with famous most flixable web applications (using php) easy to re-skin or add/remove features. Such as ready made app “Wordpress” and etc.. you still can learn from open source that best way I found out to meet time to market strategy. Don’t waste time with zero startup as they say. Go quickly and it all depends on what kind of business you need and aim.

There are many MOOC websites to learn from, here are the few. EdX,Futerlearn,Coursera, datacamp, udemy, YouTube,Havard University,Hackerone,w3 schools,respective programming official websites.

As said ,You can find alot more than mentioned from other people. It's up to you to select it
