That Depend on Load Calculation and it roll depend to numeros condition such as Building , SUN Shine, People Activties, Equipment, by detrmine that we can estimate the load of zone.

  • First of all find out the area in sq.feet. you can get it on drawings.
  • For calculate the base BTU multiply the value to 25.
  • if the plan have windows doors & Lighting etc. Then you will calculate the BTU of each by multiplying with the specific value.
  • Add up all values you will get the total BTU and divide it to 12000 you will get the Ton.
