Hardest thing to make the people believe and trust on the core agenda of the new business as an entrepreneur and once it is done all fall in place. It is to deal & change the mind set and then travel thru execution excellence of charted out plans.
Here people defines Internal customers viz. part of management, intra-departments, faction of team members which already existing and External customers viz. Channel members, distributors, customer profiles etc.
Internal plan of action is readied to encounter and win each of the roadblocks in order to sail thru the core objective as per plan for commercial success.
While this may get you a variety of answers...the most important aspect is - do you have your first customer?
