What are the essential fire protection guidelines everyone should know?

1)Know the location of all emergency services like Fire Cabinets ,Extinguishers , Emergency Exit , Refuge floor .
2) Not to use elevators and to keep low to avoid suffocation.
3)Follow the fire exit mock up drills (if they had them before).
4)Co operate with the emergency team in charge.
5)Notify the Fire Station.
6)Extinguish the fire before it gets out of hand , and secure safety if not manageable.
This is all I can think of now , But some organizations have a course/demo on this.
