 يتم  الأبقاء  على  أستحقاق  الموظف    لراتب  خلال  السنة  المالية    الى  ترك فيها   و فى  السنة  المالية   الجديدة   باقفال   الأستحقاق   فى  ايرادات  سنوات سابقة
