ENJOY THE WORST THING YOULL NEED TO DO EVEN HOW HARD IT IS.
Following are some of the tips and tricks:
· * Make a list of tasks to do. Always try to complete the most important task first then go for other less important tasks.
· * Differentiate between important and urgent work, priority for that.
· * Always use a calendar to manage your daily, weekly and monthly activities. It’s important to make a plan for the whole week.
· * It’s better to start your work early if you have time to do so.
· * Good to be a perfectionist but do not allow less important details to slow you down.
· * Don’t waste your time on people and work that don’t line up with your tasks.
· * Estimate a time limit to complete a task.
· * Set a reminder 15 minutes before the actual time limit, you can use your mobile or an alarm clock to do so.
· * Organize your workspace and workfolders on your computer, so that you don’t waste time looking for things.
First, I list down in my organizer (or notebook) all the things / works needed to be done--daily and weekly. Then one by one, I determine which should be on the top priority up to the least priority. Then I will make time schedule beside each item. Everytime I finish a task, I always put a check mark. And X mark on those I didn't finish yet. This serves as my guide or monitor sheet.
