 if he is doing this, this means you are boring him and that he isn't interested.

lending a hand means that you are engaging him in his act and confirming to him his opinion of you and your product.

stay calm,stop talking,listen,and keep quite,he heared what he needs its time for him to talk.

just stay calm and wait for him to break silence.

Yeah sounds good I mean while you offer a lending hand to such customer whom you see organising cabin while you are in will give you leverage to build a communication platform while you do that you also communicate your purpose in a pleasnst way.

This depends on many possible situations. Is there something that may require your help.

Also depends on how your relationship with this client is.

However if its on a business and professional level i would refrain from helping him organise his cabin/table etc.

a way of looking at it would be if they were visiting you would you expect them to give a helping hand.
