Afternoon nap is necessary for some people and it can not be dispensed with at all .. Nap useful but on conditions :* Choose the right time to take it. Try to have a nap from 1:00 to 3:00 in the morning. This period is located in the middle of the day and is relatively far from the time spent sleeping at night, so taking a nap at this time often will not adversely affect your sleep pattern at night. * Siesta should be short, experts typically recommend that the siesta should be from 10 to 30 minute. In a new study, scientists found that the best nap are only for 10 minutes longs.* You must Choose a suitable room for sleeping, the room should be: comfortable, quiet, light lighting.

The benefits of siesta:

* Reduce the daily fatigue.* Feeling relaxed.* Increase levels of alertness and concentration.* Improve mood.* Improve the ability to perform different tasks.* Improve the skills needed to solve complex problems and creative abilities.* Siesta for the elderly helps them to protect their memory and cognitive functions.

Not necessarily "naps" but a short time away from the daily routine as an example a brisk walk to increase circulation if possible to deep-breathe outside air, for a few minutes has been shown to improve the effects of "brain-fog" in an otherwise enclosed office environment. Similarly, taking naps may increase "brain-fog" and its hang-over effects.
