In cureent days, managing through straight direction became an old fashioned style. As we all know, good employees do not leave good companies, they leave because of bad managers. As a manager, try to lead from within, give your collaboprators the headlines and open channels for them for innovation. This will give a space for creativity, and in the same time a sence of responsibility that will inspire them avoiding mistakes as the outcomes will be listed under their names.

As long as clear control indicators are being setting, it is the responsibility for collaborators to closely pick up any deviation, and immediately modify / correct same, with some continuous monitoring of the manger to avoid repetition of any deviation in the future.
