Firstly, I do believe with the comment and it is correct. My explanations are as follows:
1. IQ (Intelligent Quotient) means about an Individual’s thinking, IQ tests are applicable for the entrance interview in any organization. In any interview board it is a bit difficult to assess about the candidate’s total personality, for that reasons, his/her cognitive academic knowledge in one of the best criterion to select the candidate for the Company.
2. EQ (Emotional Quotient) means about an individual’s feeling, once an employee joins in any organization, his/her EQ plays a vital role in his/her professional development & promotion, because EQ consist of interpersonal communication under stress, self Management in life and career & intrapersonal development which an employee can earn through his/her emotional pragmatic
