The question asked is not easy to understand but if i am to make out something from it, i am been asked that as a Human Resource Manager (Boss), how would i Interceed in Recruitment.
Answer: To the best of my Knowledge it is not the sole duty of the Human Resource Manager to recruit new employees.
However, where the Company requires for such to be carried out by the Human Resource Manager i would interceed in the following ways;
1. I would review the job application of the candidate.
2. I would Test / Interview the candidate according to the criteria needed.
3. I would perform background checks and reference checks on the candidate.
If the candidate passes every phase, then that candidate will be selected for the job.
